Role: Project Manager & Event Designer - Developed event visuals, created mood board, sourced sponsors, booked talent, and maintained budget for Forbes 2023 “Under 30” After Party event attended by 300+ Forbes Magazine honorees, influencers, and journalists. 
Budget: Money Raised via sponsors - 50k. Sponsors included: Clarins, Ruppee Beer, Celcius, Smirnoff, and Casa Del Sol.

As the Project Manager and Event Designer for the Forbes x NOISE™ “Under 30” After Party, I led the full end-to-end production of a high-profile event attended by 300+ Forbes honorees, influencers, and journalists. I developed the creative direction and event visuals, built the master mood board, sourced and secured brand partners, and raised a $50K budget through sponsorships from Clarins, Ruppee Beer, Celcius, Smirnoff, and Casa Del Sol. I managed all external vendors, coordinated with the event photographer to capture key editorial moments, and oversaw on-site content production to ensure cohesive storytelling across social channels. In addition, I booked music acts and curated the entertainment lineup, working closely with performers and technical crews to deliver a seamless, high-energy experience that celebrated Forbes’ next generation of innovators.
